Happy Birthday 2012

This post is actually written on the 1st of Jan 2012.

Happy New Year 2012 to all my lovely family and friends. So just like everyone else, we always have our New Year's Resolution everytime a new year comes. Well, as for me, my goal is to write a journal everyday or at least once a week if things get too busy:) Of coz, this is only one of the thousand things I would love to accomplish for 2012 and the Lord will always be my guidance as I go through another roller coaster ride :) Well, life is not always a bed of roses, so I am preparing myself to face any challenges that will be coming my way. I know I am not alone as I have a Comforter, a Provioder, the Prince of Peace and the King of Kings with me by my side 24/7.....So BRING IT ON 2012, HERE I COME :)

I ended 2011 in the house of the Lord yesterday at PCC Malacca and I started the New Year 2012 in the house of the Lord at CBC Malacca. I would say it is a great end and a new start of 2012 as there are no place better to be than being in the presence of the Lord. Anyhow, this morning, mom woke me up at 8am and MR. S. A. Tan kept tempt me to keep going back to bed. All I can hear in my mind was, come on, it is a holiday, take a chill pill and just go back to your comfy comfy COMFORTABLE and COZY bed. Of coz he did not win as I drag myself up and get ready for church. When I arrived, I felt so zombie as my eyes were like closing. If only I could be like Tom in 'Tom and Jerry' to fix a toothpick in my eye in order to open them wide. Now, this is the consequences of sleeping at 2am in the morning spending time with my new Christmas gift - IPAD 2 :D Thanks to Sean Wee :) Well, you can say is addictive especially when there are tons of electrifying games in them :p

However, when the Praise and Worship starts, there is a sudden boost in my spirit. I am very sure it is the Holy Spirit in me nudging me to wake up :) The service was great. After service Mom and I went back home, had lunch and obviously go to bed :) Hopefully I won be fat before Chinese New Year.

We then spend a lovely evening with Renee and family at Amigo and lepaking at MP as this is the last evening with them before they start a new chapter of their life in Singapore. Well, it is good to be home and time to hit the sack. Nose is running everywhere and throat is a little bit tingly. I better get some shower as I have not showered since last year :P Will catch up again, love ya :)
