Well as everyone is aware that holiday is over now. Children are busy preparing going back to school and adult on the other hand are catching up with their own busy work lives. For one moment, I just ponder about how beautiful holidays are as it gives me the opportunity to catch up with family and friends. This year is another year of bittersweet moments. Last year at this point of time, I left Australia to start a new chapter of my life in Malaysia working as a full time Ballet Teacher in Kay Elle. This year on the other hand, my sis, Renee and family are starting a new chapter of their life in Singapore. Although people might say, aiya, Singapore only ma..not far also, can visit each other anytime. However, sometimes we tend to overlooked the importance of spending quality time with each other when we are so busy with our busy bee life. I definitely miss each and everyone of them. I know I WILL visit them, but there is just a mix feeling of going back to Malacca and no longer having them there. They are all very special and unique and have impacted my life greatly. So I thought I would talk about each and everyone of them in my blog today:)
I would start with my lovely sister, Renee. Words could not expressed how unique she is. We have grown up together to be so close. We practically do everything together. I miss the time where we could just sit down on the couch and talk about anything in the world. We crack each other up every single time. We laugh till we cry or even cry till we laugh :) She is one mischievous punk :) I remember many many years back when we used to sleep with each other, she will wake me up 3 or 4am in the morning just for me to find her earring. She would not let me go to bed unless we found her earring :)
A few days back, we were in Singapore and we were waiting for a shuttle bus to Ikea. We wore the same dress and same crocs shoes. Then, there was this lady who came and talked to us and said :" You both looked like twins." Renee replied instandly without blinking :" Yes, we are." Then Renee asked her to guess who is older. This is her favorite question every single time. I guess as you get older, you do want to look younger, and even if you don, you feel pleasured when people say you are younger:p So fair enough, the lady said she is younger. However, after knowing that I AM YOUNGER :), the lady asked different by how many minutes. Then Renee tersasul and said different by 1 hour. Then the lady was shocked !! 1 hour and she started asking me, is it I do not want to come out of my Mother's womb. So I got no choice but to play along and said Yea, I was feeling very comfortable inside :D Until today the poor lady still have no idea that we are not twins :)
Besides than mischievous, she is definitely very caring and supportive, encouraging and trusting. She makes you feel that anything could possibly go wrong will always go right. She supports and encourages me whenever I am down. She is also known as the Water Girl in the family because she will always forced you to drink many many glasses of water if she knows you are sick. There are still many things that I would love to share about her, just one word to finish off - YOU ARE AMAZING, SIS. Love you always
Secondly, my precious niece - Celestia Maye Choo
How I love playing with her. She has the most bright smile and joyful laughter ever ever. She is 3 years old and she is super duper smart. No doubt, the DNA from her mother, she is funny and mischievous too :)
I remember there is one time at ah ma place, we all just came back from a whole day outing. So she said, Mama, why do I smell like sun? So we said, huh??Sun?? Then she said no lar..Sun. Then we said huh?? Sun?? Then she said aiyo, Nolar....Ssssaaaaannnnddddddddd (SAND). So Renee told her, yea we were out whole day, later we go shower,k. After that we keep hearing that she sniffing here and there. She was also picking her nose. Then later, we found out that her so called "SAND" is her Nose Booger :D hahahahahah..
She is also very thoughtful and willing to share her toys and yummilicious food. Whenever she go anywhere, she will come back and said, Mem E E, I brought back this for you or I bought that for you. She is also very obedient and discipline. May God continue to bless her heart as she grow up to be a God-Fearing Woman.
Thirdly, my brother - Calvin
A few words to best described my brother is Loving, Protective, Caring and a Big Joker :D
I guess because Calvin's age and my age are only 2 years apart, we were preety close until now. I remember many many years back where he used to disturbed me for nothing. He even told his friend that during school days, he will always think of many pranks to trick me when he comes back from school. We always quarrel in the past, but it brought us much closer together :) He pampered me alot. He always remember me when he go Japan as my favourite noodles are there :) He is also very thoughtful, generous and sensitive to his sisters feelings. I do appreciate the good times together bro and will always cherish them:)
Lastly, my bro in law - Robin
He is not a bird :) hahahaha...Well, although we are not blood related, but Robin has always been a blessing to me. He always treated me like his own sister. I remember he used to train me in all my Science subject during SPM. He is garang at times but he do have a very soft heart :) Thanks for being a blessing. and please don always ask me same question, k :p
Well, I am going to see each and everyone of you very very super soon. Love you all a bunchie. Take care and God bless
